Consumers 

are the tumors

of the earth—

it’s not a rumor.

We are groomers

of the forest,

but no sooner

will we flourish

than we’ll fall

like trees

and die

like bees

and smile to please

and while we cease

to notice these:

children playing with 

our decaying

landfills of ample

samples of trampled

PCs.
